Habe ich ehrlicherweise noch nie drüber nachgedacht obwohl ich hin und wieder ganz gerne mal Tofu esse. Wieder was gelernt.
Originating in China, tofu was most likely created during the Han Dynasty. Legend has it that a Chinese cook accidentally curdled soy milk when he added nigari seaweed, and thus created what we now know as tofu.
