Lego-Steine vs Hydraulikpresse

Hatte hier lange nichts mehr von dem Kanal, hier aber eben doch mal wieder reingeklickt. Wie und in welchem Format halten Lego-Steine Druck aus – und vor allem wieviel davon? Jede Menge.

How Many Lego Bricks It Takes To Stop 150 Ton Hydraulic Press? We are going to use our 150 ton hydraulic press and 240 ton force sensor to find out can humble lego brick stop a mighty 150 ton hydraulic press? The press is able to crush hammers, axe, ball bearings, car jacks etc. really hard metal stuff so this shouldn’t be hard task for it!

Kickflip auf einem Lego Skateboard

Bei Braille machen sie seit Jahren aus allem möglichen Skateboards. Nun haben sie eins aus Lego gebaut und darauf einen Kickflip gestanden. Weil es geht.

We FINALLY did it! After 16 years of Braille Skateboarding we have successfully done a kickflip on a Lego Skateboard!

Legoland was nice enough to have their Master Builders create a fully functional Lego Skateboard for us and it blew away every expectation! This is one of the most awesome skateboards we’ve ever skated, we hope you all enjoy this video!

This new-age classic piece plays a significant role in the life of clubs and parties. DJs are playing the best music on this, mixing the songs together with great precision.

This set contains 2628 pieces. The design is following the original as much as possible. It has several playable features:
USB stick can be placed in and out of the socket
Tempo fader can be adjusted
CD can be placed inside and also can be ejected using the eject button
It comes with 2 individual LED panels that can be replaced
On one panel the waveform can be adjusted with the jogwheel, just like on a real turntable
On the other panel music tracks can be scrolled using the knob

It was a huge fun working on this project. I hope you guys like it, and if so, hope you hit a support.

Making A Billion-Year Lego Clock

Brick Technologie mit einer wahrlich eigenwilligen Lego-Kreation: einer Uhr, die die Zeit für die nächsten 10000000 Jahre anzeigen kann. Alleine auf so eine Idee muss man ja erstmal kommen.

Building a mechanical Lego clock that keeps time for 10000000 years. The clock has dials to display seconds, minutes, hours, days, weeks, months, years, decades, centuries, millenia, mega-annums and galactical years (time required for the Sun to orbit once around the centre of the Milky Way Galaxy).

The first component resembles a grandfather clock with a weight-driven pendulum anchor escapement. The escapement wheel rotates 1 tooth per second. Different gear trains transmit motion from the escapement to all complications from days to years to decades.

As soon as the weight touches the ground, a rewinding motor is triggered to raise the weight and “recharge the clock”. This happens every 2 minutes. A solar powered battery fuels the energy storage for the electric rewind motor. Under a cloudless sky the solar panel generates more energy than consumed by the Lego pendulum clock. A bigger energy storage could be added to run the clock at night time. To increase solar panel efficiency the solar panel is mounted on a tilting mechanism that is connected to the 24h complication, following the sun during daytime.

Similar to an astronomical clock, this Lego timepiece features complications beyond minutes and hours. It displays units of times based on orders of magnitude of the second. Days, mean months and years are counted. The biggest unit is the “billion year display” that is basically a mechanical counter displaying years in decimals.
