Ein chinesischer Ingenieur hat offenbar dieses selbständig balancierende Fahrrad entwickelt, das in der Lage ist, komplett autonom durch die Gegend zu fahren. Mein chinesisch ist so schlecht, dass ich nichts von dem verstehe, was der Herr sagt, weshalb ich auf das Gezeigte vertrauen muss. Und: das ergibt alles nur wenig Sinn, weil auf diesem Rad halt keiner drauf sitzt. Es gäbe für mich halt keinen Grund, mein Rad alleine durch die Gegend fahren zu lassen. Aber, und darum geht es ja eh auch immer, es funktioniert!

An audio engineer took these AI-generated musical elements and composed the Lost Tapes of the 27 Club.
Die Idee dahinter war folgende, das Album kann bei Spotify oder YouTube gestreamt werden.
As long as there’s been popular music, musicians and crews have struggled with mental health at a rate far exceeding the general adult population. And this issue hasn’t just been ignored. It’s been romanticized, by things like the 27 Club—a group of musicians whose lives were all lost at just 27 years old.
To show the world what’s been lost to this mental health crisis, we’ve used artificial intelligence to create the album the 27 Club never had the chance to. Through this album, we’re encouraging more music industry insiders to get the mental health support they need, so they can continue making the music we all love for years to come.

Keine Ahnung, ob Moflin tatsächlich irgendwie emotional was geben kann, aber wer meint, dass das sein könnte, kann es ja versuchen. Jedenfalls hat man mit dem Knuffi an US-Flughäfen keinen Ärger mehr, wenn man sein „emotional support“-Haustier mitnehmen möchte und das halt kein Alligator oder eine Giraffe sein soll.
Der Erfinder von Moflin, hat damit immerhin $600k auf Kickstarter gesammelt.

Hach, Technologie. Bringt neben jeder Menge Annehmlichkeiten halt auch immer wieder schöne Kuriositäten. Wie in diesem Fall. Beim schottischen Fußballclub Caledonian Thistle FC hat man vor einiger Zeit die Kameramänner im Stadion gegen KI-gesteuerte Kameras ausgetauscht. An sich eine nachvollziehbare Idee, bei der wohl aber niemand berechnet hatte, was wohl passieren könnte, wenn ein Linienrichter eine Glatze haben würde. Die KI kann Ball und Glatze nämlich nicht wirklich gut unterscheiden und zeigt dann halt auch die Glatze als Ball. Lustig, nur nicht für jene, die tatsächlich das Spiel sehen wollten.
