Und dann die „blaue Ersatzflüssigkeit“!

An „Everyday Object“. Most people feel disgusted. It can transform itself by twice as its size. A mostly hidden object without much notice of the masculine world.
An ordinary tampon.
We disassembled the tampon and put it together again in new relations. Finally we put over 6000 of them together to create a 60cm globe. With some manipulation of them, we could portray the outlines of the earth (blue). Through another treatment of some objects, we were able to create a data visualization of the drinking water consumption per country on our home planet. Through that visualization we want to demonstrate the rapid transformation of that consumption and the unequal distribution of that fundamental good. The „sucking-transformation“-effect of a tampon represents this very good.
